How much do chair and table rentals cost?
White padded folding chairs are $3.25 each, 6-foot banquet tables are $10 each, and 8-foot banquet tables are $11 each per 24-hour rental period. For example, 20 chairs and two 8-foot tables have a rental subtotal of $87 before applicable tax, delivery, or additional services. Your Booqable order shows the final charges for your selected rental period.
How many chairs should I reserve?
For a seated meal, start with one chair for each seated guest. Include hosts and any other people who need a seat, and consider whether ceremony and dining areas will share chairs. Tell us your guest count and layout if you need help planning. Available quantities must be checked for your event dates; this page does not guarantee stock.
Which rectangular table sizes can I rent?
C48 offers 6-foot and 8-foot rectangular banquet tables. An 8-foot table can seat approximately 8–10 guests depending on the arrangement. Allow space for chairs, walkways, and serving areas. In Booqable, open Banquet Table Rectangular and select the 6 Foot or 8 Foot variant.
Can I arrange customer pickup?
Customer pickup is available by appointment only, with limited availability, and must be arranged directly with C48. Contact us to arrange pickup and save the delivery fee. Pickup location and instructions are provided after reservation confirmation. Pickup is not a public online-checkout option.
Do you deliver to Cave Creek, Anthem, New River, and North Phoenix?
C48 serves these communities and nearby Phoenix Metro areas, subject to the applicable 40-mile delivery radius from our service location. Standard delivery is $99 for rental orders of $499.99 and under, and free for rental orders of $500 or more within that same radius. Contact us to confirm your event location; a city name alone does not guarantee that every address is inside the radius.
Does standard delivery include setup?
Standard delivery places rental items at an accessible location and does not include table and chair setup. Setup and teardown are available for an additional fee. Access conditions and special service requests may add charges; your quote confirms the details.
What if my event is less than 14 days away?
Online reservations require 14 days’ notice. For an earlier event, call, text, or email C48—we may still be able to help when inventory and scheduling allow. Last-minute requests are handled directly; availability is not guaranteed.
Can I add tablecloths and cloth napkins?
Yes. Tablecloths are $13.50 each and cloth napkins are $1 each per 24-hour rental period. Color choices are White, Ivory, Black, Navy, and Rose. Confirm the appropriate tablecloth size and date-specific availability in the online store or with C48.
