Standard delivery places your rental items at an accessible location within 40 miles of our service location. We serve North Phoenix, Cave Creek, Anthem, New River, and nearby Phoenix Metro communities. Full setup and teardown are available for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I reserve?
Online reservations require 14 days’ notice. Have an event sooner? Contact us—we may still be able to help. Equipment availability depends on your rental dates and quantities; check the online store or contact C48 before making plans.
Can I pick up my order?
Customer pickup is available by appointment only and has limited availability. Contact us to arrange customer pickup and save the delivery fee. Pickup location and instructions are provided after reservation confirmation. Pop-up tents are delivery-only unless your quote states otherwise.
Where do you deliver?
Standard delivery is available within 40 miles of our service location. The same distance limit applies to orders that qualify for free delivery. Contact us for a custom quote if your event is outside the standard service area.
Does delivery include setup?
Standard delivery does not include table and chair setup. Full setup and teardown can be added for an additional fee.
What reserves my date?
A 50% reservation deposit is generally required. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event unless agreed otherwise in writing.
